GE Needs To Buy is a private portal between GE and EDX Electronics, Inc., designed to support GE employees and prevent them from purchasing materials they may already have in stock.
The GE.NeedsToBuy.com platform provides a user friendly interface for GE employees to access when sourcing materials. Registered GE representatives are able to search GE inventory by part number on www.ge.needstobuy.com to determine if the materials being sourced are already owned by GE and where they are located.
